By accessing or using Outfitly ("the Service") at outfitly.fashion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Outfitly provides an AI-powered virtual try-on tool and a digital wardrobe. You may upload photos of yourself and clothing items and generate try-on imagery using our AI features.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Outfitly.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Outfitly a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you (including generating AI try-on imagery).

You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You must not upload content depicting other people without their consent, nor any sexual content involving minors, or any unlawful, hateful, or harassing content.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
Do not use the Service to create misleading or non-consensual imagery of real people.

6. Payments and Credits

Some features require credits or a paid plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel paid plans from the Pricing page.

7. AI Output

AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results. You are responsible for how you use the output. Outfitly makes no warranty that AI output will meet any specific expectation.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outfitly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
